Data One Planning Table for Services is a graphical extension to SAP Business ByDesign that enables the assignment of Services to Service Performers and illustrates their workloads. Services can stem from Sales Orders and/or Service Orders.

When assigning a Service using Data One Planning Table for Services, an appointment is created in the calendar of the respective Service Performer. This empowers Service Performers to access the latest assignments from mobile devices, using the groupware integration features of SAP Business ByDesign (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Exchange).
