Overview of the Project

At the beginning of the project, DLR focused on the effective and efficient training of its approximately 10,000 employees.

Through the use of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and the commitment of the entire project team, the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- & Raumfahrt e.V.) was able to introduce meaningful automatisms that reduce the entire workload and thus guarantee a simplification of work for all organizers and users.

Thanks to the smooth and timely implementation of the SAP software, the nationwide research center was able to achieve its goals of increasing efficiency in continuing education management and strengthening quality management with a future-oriented technology – despite difficult external circumstances. The German Aerospace Center will continue to support the development and provision of individual learning videos in dealing with the new LMS.

With the SAP personnel management tool, DLR is now relying on a strong provider and smart e-learning software with state-of-the-art learning formats for optimal employee qualification – no matter where its employees are!
