Overview of the Project
Arranging recruiting processes simply digitally and at the same time offering a modern jobs portal to specialized professionals who are in high demand – these were the priorities for Musashi. For this reason, Musashi decided for the proven SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting starter package in combination with the Recruiting Marketing module.
This way, the HR Department can now save time-consuming, tedious administrative tasks relating to the candidates management such as printing and distributing documents or manual querying of the candidate status.
To future Musashi employees, this means faster feedback, more transparency and a convenient job search on the new career portal including filters and the possibilities to apply directly online.
To further relieve the HR Department, Data One additionally developed a digital concept for the hearing of the works council – directly within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
